Spring trend advice: 8 fashionistas' must-haves
Kerry Heathfield chatted to eight fashion designers, editors and bloggers about what's hot this coming spring...
With roughly two weeks to go until spring (well, the official start of spring), if you haven't started shopping the trends then now is a good time to hit the shops and stock up on those all important pieces that will keep you trendy throughout the new season.
Who better to give you the lowdown on the most popular trends for spring 2012 than industry insiders, those in the know and those who showcase these trends on their individual platforms, whether it be a runway or a blog? I asked a few of the insiders what they think is the must have items for spring are, this is what they had to say;
Multi-award-winning Durban fashion designer Hanrie Lues has showcased her designs at the Durban July and was recently picked to participate in SA Fashion Week this September.
Must-have item: Anything in a sorbet/pastel colour

Better known as Style Guide Cape Town, Robyn is a stylist and fashion writer with a passion for good fashion. She is not one to shy away from speaking her mind about fashion flops, but writes daily posts about all the good fashion she spots on celebs.
