Accessory trend: Photobooth jewellery

Think bow ties, over-sized glasses and moustaches! These quirky accessories are no longer just confined to the photobooth...

You'll find this jewellery reminiscent of the props traditionally used in photobooth images - bowties and moustaches on sticks and exaggerated glasses. However I've been seeing more and more of these accessories on Pinterest, and I'm loving them!

They're quirky and cute (in a Jess from New Girl kind of way) and an easy way to add a cheeky edge to an otherwise plain or demure outfit.

I just bought these bow tie and sunglasses necklaces from Mr Price's new online store for R15,99 each:
